Woking based international property investment consultants, Principal International, recently held their inaugural and very successful Golf Day at Mill Ride Golf and Country Club in Ascot. Both Mill Ride and Principal International contributed a range of raffle prizes to the event, which resulted in £545 being raised for the Woking Hospice.
European Tour Golfer Garry Houston (pictured below), who has Principal International as one of his main sponsors – www.pip4u.com – attended the golf day and ran a golf clinic for the attendees. Garry then joined each group of golfers to offer one to one practical help, as they enjoyed their round of golf in fantastic conditions.
Simon Ryeland, Managing Director of Principal International, commented,
“the Golf Day was a way of us meeting with some of our current and prospective clients in a relaxed environment and thanking them for their support of our business over recent years.”
Simon went on to say,
“the day was an unqualified success and enjoyed by all and will hopefully now be an annual event.
As Principal have successfully been in business in Woking for 17 years, we were very keen to raise money for a worthwhile charity and couldn’t think of anything more deserving than the Woking Hospice, who have been providing invaluable help and support to our local community for many years.
We are very grateful to the team at Mill Ride for doing such a splendid job on the day and also to our guests for their generosity.”
The team at Principal International specialise in providing a 1-2-1 service to help investors create a property portfolio to match their budget and their aspirations for income and capital growth. Louise Hoade, director at Principal International, adds,
“we have a number of very interesting investment opportunities across the globe, some even being offered with 100% funding, subject to status; just a £1000 deposit is all that will be required.
Many of the developments are fully furnished to a very high standard and come with a rental guarantee for several years.”
Louise went on to say,
“We are all painfully aware of recent events in the global financial markets and the uncertainty that has created; this makes it even more vital that investors seek the right advice and guidance before committing themselves to an investment and that’s where we come in.”
