Holmes Street student accommodation, Burnley's first purpose student property block, is entering into its next phase of construction.
Since our last update, manufacture of the pre-fabricated modules is now gaining pace, with 19 of the studio apartments now formed.
The modules are being factory manufactured off-site and are on target to be delivered within the next 4-weeks.
Work on site is gathering pace, with demolition works nearing completion and the main contractor starting on site next week. Construction is on target for completion in Q3 2015.
Holmes Street buy-to-let student property investment has been extremely popular; with no other purpose built student accommodation in the area, it is anticipated to be well received by the local student rental market. Just 15 studio apartments remain.
